Abstract
Addresses management of health and safety as well as safe working method statements and pre-start checks. Covers training and certification and design stage considerations. Encompasses the roles and responsibilities of the contractor, foreman, and company representative. Considers transportation of component and access to site, on site storage of components, and the safe use of lifting equipment. Also reflects on movement of units by other means, additional on site works, access to work area, work at height, and protection against falls.
