A masterplan study of phase one of University of Cambridge's mixed academic and urban community development, Eddington; incorporating a primary school, community hall and nursery, GP surgery and supermarket, as well as housing, all set within extensive parklands and playing fields with a pedestrian and cycle path in the north west of the city.
