Establishes a simplified process to resolve low value disputes in construction contracts, meeting the requirements of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, as amended. Covers: application, appointment and conduct of the adjudicator, decisions, fees and expenses, adjudicator nominating bodies, and form of agreement.
