Abstract

Puts forward proposals for changes to the development control system to be introduced in 2007. These flow from the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and include related changes to the Use Classes Order, the General Development Procedure Order and the General Permitted Development Order and the Listed Buildings Regulations.
