Abstract

For use by government departments and local authorities, and by other bodies, the placing of whose contracts is subject to approval by a government department or local authority when the work is to be paid for wholly or partly from exchequer funds.

Document History

Incorporating amendments, previously printed as addendum one. These have been withdrawn from use on all public works projects and must not be used for any contracts awarded after 13 February 2008. They are replaced by a series of public works contracts published by the Department of Finance, for which we are awaiting copyright clearance.
