NBS customers excel in Architect of the Year Award 2012 Shortlist nominations

In the recently announced Architect of the Year shortlist, over two thirds are NBS customers who subscribe to resources such as NBS Building to help them produce high quality, robust technical specifications for a range of buildings and projects. This year's has been the most well entered Architect of the Year Awards to date, with entries "from some great practices and projects" as described by organisers BD. This annual event is a celebration of the best British architects. There are 13 categories including Small Projects, Environmental and Refurbishment with NBS customers strongly represented across the majority of categories. Specialist Awards this year include a 'best of the best' equivalent for the practice that is recognised by the editor of BD as having made the "most significant contribution to British architecture over the past year"

The 2012 winners will be announced on 4 December at the Architect of the Year Awards ceremony at The Brewery, London.

Last year's 'best of the best' award went to NBS specification product customers, Stanton Williams Architects.
