We caught up with James Francis, Product Manager at ROCKWOOL UK, to find out more about the manufacturer’s products, which are now available on NBS Source.
Their most recent innovation is the development of NyRock® technology, the most thermally efficient stone wool insulation currently available in the UK and Ireland✝. NyRock technology is currently available in three products: NyRock Cavity Slab 032, NyRock Frame Slab 032 and NyRock Rainscreen 032. All of these products deliver a low lambda thermal performance of 0.032 W/mK.
Alongside the development of products which support the construction industry in achieving Net Zero targets, ROCKWOOL have a strong focus on their own operations and carbon footprint. In this year’s Global 100 sustainability ranking from Corporate Knights, ROCKWOOL was recognised as one of the most sustainable companies in the world overall and the global sustainability leader among building products companies.
