Last year, the Institution of Civil Engineers officially endorsed the New Engineering Contract for all construction work in the UK and overseas.

ICE decided to recommend the NEC3 suite of contracts in preference to its own, long established Conditions of Contract. Since the first edition was published in 1993, NEC has been used for many high profile construction projects such as Crossrail and London 2012.

This programme takes a look at how the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract, and in particular its programme, can help site teams achieve higher levels of success.
