Kawneer is becoming Novastruct: a new name for a business with proven systems, established relationships, and a clear focus on supporting specifiers.
Following the acquisition of Kawneer Europe by Mutares Group in October 2025, the business has entered a new chapter as Novastruct Europe. For the UK, that means Novastruct UK will continue to support architects, façade designers, contractors and project teams with the same technical knowledge, aluminium systems expertise and collaborative approach they have relied on, now with a renewed structure and long-term direction.
