Lincoln Easton has been appointed as Country Lead to head up the Australian operation for NBS, who are a global leader in specification software and market leading BIM content, for the AEC industry.

NBS has a clear and ambitious strategy in global business development and the appointment of Lincoln Easton is the next step in the growth of the Australian operation.

Lincoln, who has extensive experience across the construction industry, founded Payapps in Melbourne in 2012. Its mission was to streamline the payment application submittal and approval process for those, large and small, in the construction industry. Prior to this, Lincoln worked in the construction industry for 10 year heading up Easton Builders.

Commenting on the appointment, Chris Slinn Chief Revenue Officer for NBS said “I am delighted to welcome Lincoln to head up our Australian operation and we are very excited about growing our work with businesses in Australia

“We have been active in Australia since 2017 and NBS has collaborated with specifiers, manufacturers and the wider construction sector to develop the Australian content sets. The result is a platform that the industry wants and needs: NBS Chorus is a cloud-based specification platform supporting global design and construction. The use of cloud technology always ensures that those using the new platform have the latest software and global content.

“This improves collaboration across whole teams, minimises risk and maximises efficiency, with access on all devices, at anytime and anywhere".

I am really excited to be part of the global expansion of NBS and in helping to develop business across Australia.

Lincoln Easton, Country Lead, Australia

Lincoln added "NBS are an exciting, ambitious company who are always trying to ensure they are meeting market needs, rather than dictating what the market should have. They are at the forefront of development of specification software and BIM content. I will be bringing my knowledge of the Australian market to bear and I am really looking forward to helping them grow the market in Australia".

NBS who are headquartered in the UK, also have offices in Canada and work across the world.
