BIM objects were added to the NBS National BIM Library in May, June and July 2014 for the following manufacturers: COBA Flooring 
, Intastop , Johnstones , Polyflor , RCM Ltd , Solus Ceramics Ltd and Tobermore .
Polyflor, one of the 9 manufacturers to go live, is the UK's commercial and residential vinyl flooring specialist, and the company is now offering Building Information Modelling (BIM) objects for a selection of its best-selling flooring ranges, available to download free of charge via www.NationalBIMLibrary.com . The objects are also available on the Polyflor website .
As part of the first phase of Polyflor's BIM Object development the objects have been developed in all leading software formats. The flooring manufacturer has selected the perfect timing to make their products available, with the UK adoption rate tripling in three years since the launch of NBS's separate UK National BIM Survey.
