Symptoms
When adding a form to a job or issuing a form you are presented with the error:“You have an invalid output directory. This will not affect your save, however when you issue forms, the PDF’s generated will not be saved properly. Do you want to select a valid output path?”
Cause
The Database can not find the output location where the PDF files are stored.Resolution
You can re-point the software to the correct location by clicking Yes on the error message and browsing to the correct location.To change the directory in the Job Details click on Output Location, and browse to the correct location.
