You can manually change the amount payable on an Interim Certificate for JCT Minor Works and Intermediate contracts in NBS Contract Administrator.

The Amount Payable field on a Interim Certificate is automatically calculated based on the amount you have entered for the work executed and the retention '%' in the job details. However you can override the calculation to show your own figures.
Resolution
To manually enter an amount into the Amount Payable field, select the button on the interim certificate form.
Select the Enter amount manually radio button and enter the desired amount in the box. Click OK to save or Cancel to close.
