Abstract
Refurbishment and upgrade of the interiors of London offices of venture capitalist 3i plc [Investors in Industry]. Main improvements were the insertion of a mezzanine, accessed by a steel and glass staircase, to provide meeting rooms; replacement of travertine floor with York stone; re-cladding of columns allowing for a void to provide services; upgrading to computer controlled lighting.
