Abstract
Also known as the PAT 16 report. Neighbourhood renewal means achieving better outcomes in poor neighbourhoods: it means more people in jobs, less crime, better skills and better health. This report makes a number of recommendations designed to ensure that communities, professionals and policy makers get the skills, training and support they need.
