Abstract
Applies to all grounds with a holding capacity of 20,000 spectators or more. It is a guide for managers of grounds this size to maximise safety measures.
Document History
For modern sports-ground safety guidance, the industry standard is generally the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (the Green Guide), which is now in its 6th edition (2018) and remains the principal reference used internationally for stadium design and operation.
