Abstract
One in a series of technical specifications that describe the requirements of the National Motorway Communications System Mark II (NMCS2) system components and their communication interfaces. Defines, for the Message Sign (MS) Subsystem and for the MS equipment, the MS-specific data contents of the communication messages transmitted on the High Level Data Link Control (HDLC) links, the Regional Communications Controller (RCC) network and the RS485 links.
