Abstract

Includes activity schedules for all stages in the RIBA Outline Plan of Work 2007: the Model Plan for delivery of a complete cost planned design and monitoring its construction, modified schedules for a design and build project, and for design services for the Contractor’s Proposals, as well as new schedules for initial occupation services and post-occupation evaluation. Defines work stage procedures for each of the design and construction team members to provide a clear process map.
