Abstract
Comprises guidance for the development and appraisal of flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) projects in Wales. Covers: framework for appraisal of FCERM projects; strategic outline case (SOC) - establish the case for change and the scope of the project; outline business case (OBC) - identify the preferred option for investment; full business case (FBC) - identify how the preferred option will be delivered; and business justification (BJC) - produce business case using a short form approach.
