Last updated: 24 July 2025 - Amended to make it clear that hardship funds are no longer available to enable a FRAEW to be obtained. The right to recover CSS funding if a project team is not appointed in the time specified or a project plan is not delivered within 90 days of PTS payment has been removed. Also removed the requirement to evidence leaseholder and resident engagement at the point of applying for building control.
