Abstract
Two complementary dispute resolution procedures from the International Chamber of Commerce, to reflect practice and set clear parameters for the conduct of proceedings. The Arbitration Rules are in force as of 1 January 2021. The Mediation Rules are in force as of 1 January 2014.
