Abstract
The focus of this book is assessing and improving wayfinding systems at existing healthcare sites. However, the recommendations and guidelines can readily be applied to new healthcare sites as well, and also to non-healthcare sites. Good practice guidelines are included throughout the book, with illustrations of recommendations to follow and practices to avoid.
