Abstract
Describes the test methods which result in cylindrical or cubical specimens of hydraulically bound mixtures compacted to refusal density using a vibrating hammer. Relevant to mixtures, or that part of a mixture, containing aggregate up to 31.5mm in size. Discusses principle, dimensions, apparatus, method, storage of specimens and information to be included in the test report.
