Abstract

Relates to the Building and Approved Inspectors (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2006. SI 2006/3318. Amends the regulations: in respect to persons carrying out work to certain buildings providing information about matters which affect fire safety in the building; by requiring provision of automatic fire suppression systems (where reasonably necessary) to prevent the spread of fire within buildings; adding to completion certificates considerations for local authorities; and rectifying various errors and omissions and consequences.
