Abstract
Provides a draft view of the explanatory memorandum to accompany the draft statutory instrument relating to groundwater regulations in England and Wales. Aiming to prevent hazardous substances entering groundwater, and preventing pollution of groundwater by non-hazardous pollutants.
Document History
The Statutory Instrument will eventually revoke SI 1998/2746. Superseded by final explanatory memorandum for SI 2009/2902.
