Abstract
Options for prevention and re-use of wood waste, considering the present and future markets for waste wood, reviewing existing and anticipated legislation, and offering guidance on best practice. Sources of waste wood by sector and its forms are identified, as is the need to reduce landfill and develop a biomass market.
