Abstract
Comprises guidance on the implementation of the UK Government's New Legislative Framework (NLF) relating to the legal framework for marketing of products in the EU. Applies specifically to the Electrical equipment (safety) regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1101). Covers: obligations of manufacturers, authorised representatives, importers and distributors; transitional arrangements; notified bodies; enforcement and European Commission guidance.
