Introduces a business focussed and risk based approach to maintenance management of facilities, establishing maintenance strategy, policy, and planning at strategic and tactical levels. Also looks at factors affecting maintenance, performance management, continual improvement, quality control and fire safety. Covers facilities information management and throughout highlights the importance of regular and planned maintenance.
