Abstract
Updates guidance for businesses on the Pressure Equipment Safety Regulations 2016, as amended, setting the context for the regulations, and detailing the requirements and obligations for manufacturers, their representatives, and importers and distributors, along with supplemental arrangements. Also covers UKCA marking, qualifying Northern Ireland goods, information about notified bodies and enforcement.
