Abstract
Provides guidance for the management of construction design process throughout all levels, all organizations and for all types of construction projects. Relates to the management of design activities through the entire life-cycle of a construction project. Sets out the framework for design management, including function, project team, consistent approach and value management. Then focuses on planning, health and safety and CDM regulations, responsibilities, programme, and protocols for: communications, review, change control, meeting, progress reports, information management and risk management.
