Abstract
Provides guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/166). The Regulations came into force on ( June 2025 and prescribe the fees for planning applications made on or after that date. Covers: scope of fees; annual inflation linked increase; exemptions; reduced fees; discretionary fees; collection of fees; calculation of fees; categories of fees; mixed category applications; advertisements; prior approval determinations; and fees for applications for certificates of lawful use or development.
