Abstract

Provides practical guidance as to the observance of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) Regulations 2001, as amended by the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens, Mutagens and Reprotoxic Substances) Regulations 2024 (the ‘CMRS Regulations’) in relation to occupational exposure limit values (OELVs) for a number of chemical agents, and to the provisions of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.
