Abstract
Provides a resource for responsible persons with regard to improving the fire safety of disabled and vulnerable people in higher risk residential buildings. Covers: use of person-centred fire risk assessments (PCFRAs); identifying and engaging residents; provision of 'in-flat' safety measures; information sharing with Fire and Rescue Services.
