Abstract

Contract appropriate where the work is simple in character and designed with requirements for the contractor’s discrete parts detailed by or on behalf of the employer, with the contractor required to design those parts. The employer provides drawings and/or a specification and/or work schedules to define the quantity and quality of the work; and any architect/contract administrator or quantity surveyor appointed is to administer the conditions.
