Abstract

Seeks views on the consequential amendments necessary to the Scheme for Construction Contracts (England and Wales) Regulations 1998 following the changes introduced at part eight of the Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 and on proposals put forward by the Construction Umbrella Bodies Adjudication Task Group to improve the effectiveness of the scheme.
