Abstract
Gives performance and design requirements for PVC-U extruded hollow profiled windows and glazed doorsets. Applies to profiles that incorporate fusion welded corner joints. Covers components, appearance and finishes, fabrication, glazing, use, cleaning and maintenance, security, safety, weathertightness, operation and strength characteristics, hygiene, health and the environment, acoustic performance and energy conservation.
