Abstract
Sets out the principles and processes of project management as they apply to construction projects irrespective of scope, size or organisation of the project. The processes, and the issues highlighted, are relevant to all projects and to all types of contractual arrangement; although the extent to which each is relevant in particular circumstances will be a matter for considered judgement, dependent on the scale, complexity and nature of the project in question.
