Abstract

Makes recommendations for the storage and exhibition of archival documents, including library materials. Applies to the long-term, permanent storage of archival documents as well as restricted access or display materials. Applies to new buildings, whether purpose-built or adapted, and to existing buildings. Topics covered include storage environment, repository site and construction and fire protection and prevention.
