Abstract

Primarily aims to help public and private sector clients and main contractors procure Soft Landings services from their construction supply chains. Split into three main sections with requirements worded for clients appointing professional designers, appointing main contractors/builders and for contractors appointing sub-contractors.

Document History

This document uses the old five stages which were defined in BG 54/2014 'Soft landings framework'. It has not been updated in order to reflect the six phases which are covered in BG 54/2018 'Soft landings framework 2018. Six phases for better buildings'. Also includes the BG 45/2014 Requirements. Contains minor changes and updates and replaces BG 45/2013.
