Abstract
Explains an amendment that removes the requirement for local planning authorities to notify the Secretary of State, English Heritage and the National Amenity Societies of applications for listed building consent that they are minded to grant, except in the case of applications to which English Heritage or one of the National Amenity Societies has objected.
