Abstract

Seeks views on the draft secondary legislation that has been prepared to accompany the heritage elements of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. Relates to Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreements, Local Listed Building Consent Orders and Certificates of Lawfulness of Proposed Works. Also considers the principles and approach in taking forward a programme of National Listed Building Consent Orders.
