Abstract
Seeks views on proposals to amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010. Includes two draft regulatory triage assessment (and policy appraisal statements) which deal with: 'Reduction in the requirements for the public registration of environmental permits' and 'Deregulation and simplification of the Environmental permitting (England and Wales) regulations 2010'.
