Abstract

Comprises the Air Quality Pollutant Inventory Report for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Presents emission inventories for the constituent countries of the UK for the period 1990 to 2011, for the following priority air quality pollutants: ammonia (NH3), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOX as NO2), non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOCs), sub-10 micron particulate matter (PM10), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and lead (Pb). Includes appendices.

A report of the National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory. Published in conjunction with Aether and Ricardo-AEA. Supersedes Air quality pollutant inventories for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland: 1990-2010 (AEA, 2012).
