Abstract
Divided into two parts. Part 1 is divided into 5 sections; planning and conservation; development plans and development control; listed building control; conservation areas; transport and traffic management. Part 2 is divided into the following sections; identifying and recording the historic environment; the upkeep and repair of historic buildings; churches and the ecclesiastical exemption.
