Comprises draft guidance which is part of the Department for Transport's consultation on the revision of policy on the way the Highways Agency engages with the planning system and fulfils its remits to be a delivery partner to sustainable economic growth whilst maintaining, managing and operating a safe and efficient strategic road network.
