Government response - consultation on major infrastructure planning reform: amendments to the definitions for highways and rail nationally significant schemes in the Planning Act 2008
Comprises the government response to the consultation on proposals to amend the definition of 'nationally significant infrastructure' rail and highway projects set out in the Planning Act 2008 in order to speed up delivery and reduce the costs of transport projects.
