Abstract
Guidance for new and existing dwellings in relation to the application of Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Energy). Together the legislation and this Technical Guidance document set the energy performance requirements to achieve Nearly Zero Energy Buildings performance as required by Article 9(1(a)) and 4(1) of the Directive 2010/31/EU for new dwellings.
