Relevant to the Fire Risk Assessment of: non-patient access areas on hospital sites and off site, patient access areas for off site premises where progressive horizontal evacuation is not pertinent or desirable (for example health centres, day centres and clinics), staff residences, but not those premises classified as a 'house in multiple occupation', plant and other similar restricted access areas.
