Abstract

Advises HSC organisations of the transfer of these guidance documents to the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (Northern Ireland) website. It also outlines specific Northern Ireland policy amendments that apply to the guidance.

Document History

This letter replaces PEL (12) 12 which is now withdrawn. Professional Estates Letters (PELSs) contain Departmental policy in relation to design, construction, procurement, programme and project management, estate and facilities management, contractual matters, buildings, equipment, medical and electrical plant and medical device safety. They are designed to be used with relevant Department of Health (England) documents.
