Abstract
Corrects an error in the Town and Country Planning (Shopping Development) (England and Wales) Direction 1993 by introducing a minimum floor space requirement of not less than 2,500m² for affected shopping developments. Includes replacement direction for the published in PPG 6, annex D. In force in Wales only.
